It is an exciting time to be a Star Wars , seen that we are only a month after the release of The Rise of Skywalker . J.J. The second episode of Abrams in the very distant galaxy will end the current trilogy, as well as the Skywalker saga. The pressure is on to deliver and give a proper end to the old and new characters. The main of these is Poe Dameron of Oscar Isaac, who will probably continue to level up in the Resistance. And now Isaac has made fun of the dynamic we'll see in the trio of new heroes.
J.J. Abrams introduced a series of new characters in The Force Awakens , including the heroes Rey, Finn and Poe. But the last two films in the series have largely separated these characters and their adventures. This will change with The Rise of Skywalker will contain a one-year time jump, which will help unite those heroes as a unit. Oscar Isaac spoke of this exciting change, saying:
This time you can see the trio together, you know, I think after the spirit of the original trilogy, exploring the dynamic between these three characters who love each other. You feel like they were together, but when you really look at it, wow, they haven't really spent much time together.
Well, this is definitely exciting. The original trilogy put Leia, Han and Luke on countless adventures, but they were usually united as one unit. That was not how the current trilogy worked, with the new heroes getting rich in adventures separated from each other.
Oscar Isaac's comments to EW will surely Star Wars happy fans. The next sequel will bring the trio of heroes together as a unit. A year of fighting for the First Order has presumably brought them together. Not only are they teammates in the ongoing battle against the Dark Side, but their interpersonal relationships should also have developed a little during this time as well.
The way the heroes were separated during the current trilogy is more obvious when it comes to the relationship between Poe and Rey. Or lack of that, as they met for the first time in the last moments of The Last Jedi . Finn has a clear connection with both of those rebels and could end up being the connective tissue between the group.
The Rise of Skywalker will also be intimately involved in the previous eight movie. Most of the Skywalker Saga is currently available for streaming on Disney. And you can use this link for a 7-day free trial.
The heroes of the sequel trilogy will be joined by some fellow droids during their next adventures in The Rise of Skywalker . This includes Anthony Daniels' BB-8 and C-3PO, which will play a significantly larger role in Episode IX . The band is all here, and it should be fascinating to see exactly how it goes. Fortunately, our answers will come in a month.
