Milestone, one of the world's leading developers of racing games, and Feld Entertainment, Inc., the world leader in the production and presentation of live touring shows and family motor events, are pleased to announce Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 3.
The last chapter of the most beloved realistic video game Supercross, available worldwide on February 4th for PlayStation®4, Xbox One, Windows PC® / STEAM, Google Stadia and Nintendo Switch ™, will include the season 2019 of Monster Energy Supercross with 100 class pilots 450 SX and 250 SX, 15 official stadiums and tracks. For the first time in the series, the title will allow players to also choose between a sponsor team or an official Supercross team of the championship 2019 within the Career Mode: players will finally have the chance to become a teammate of their favorite Supercross rider and to show the world who is the king of the track
In Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Video Game 3, players can now also compete in cooperative mode with 3 other friends, choosing different game modes to play the legendary Factory Supercross Practice Tracks in California. A huge free roaming area with 9 fantastic tracks, where most OEMs competing in the Monster Energy AMA Supercross, a FIM world championship, test their bikes.
Once you have trained, you will be ready to challenge other players in the brand new online multiplayer mode, now enhanced with dedicated servers for a seamless gaming experience and in Race Director mode to create incredible online tournaments, deciding on the positions starting points of the players, allocation of penalties or choice of cameras to focus on. Championship, Quick Race or Elimination Mode, players can choose their preferred game mode, browsing the public and private lobbies to find the right game. There are many ways to show who is the best Supercross driver!
After the great success of the previous game, beyond 53. 000 tracks were created by our passionate community. The Track Editor is back and it's better than ever: new modules and new stadium elements to customize the tracks in a unique way. Thanks to the brand new aesthetic customization items, such as Touch Block, Finish Gates or Leader Pillars, players can now improve the realism and immersion of their custom tracks.
For Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 3, the developers have worked hard to improve different technical aspects that will have an impact both on the graphics and on the overall gaming experience. Pilot and secondary character models have been completely redone with photo scanning and now feature a new set of animations. The new model system has allowed us to add for the first time a Pilot Woman model with its own animations and physics. Players can select a customized Female Driver from different models to become the next Supercross champion. The tracks are more alive, thanks to revised particles of flames, dry and wet terrain that are more detailed and realistic. As for the gameplay, the physics has been completely revised to be adapted to the animations of the new pilots and a new system for controlling the bike in the air has been implemented to improve the handling of the bike during the jumps.
Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 3 will be available worldwide starting February 4 2020 for PlayStation4, Xbox One, PC, Google Stadia and Nintendo Switch. Follow us for all updates and let us know what you think!
